About the team
Lark Business Applications team is part of the Lark Product Development and Engineering Architecture Department, responsible for business application research and development. We mainly support commercial products such as Feishu OKR, Feishu Recruitment, Feishu Performance, Feishu HR, Feishu Approval, Feishu Contracts, Feishu Expense Management, as well as business products servicing ByteDance in finance, procurement, investment, internal auditing, and more. With the furtherance of Lark’s globalization strategy, we aim to delve into broader areas than our current scope and make an even greater impact.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Final year or recent graduate, available to start full time in September 2024
• Studying Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Good computing foundation, highly proficient in at least one of the programming languages: Golang, Java, and Python
• A strong developer and a great problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for building a large-scale product with incredible performance, stability, and elegant user experience
• English professional language proficiency is required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with or knowledge of messaging middleware, relational database and common backend architecture

• Provide backend service expertise in developing new features by working closely with design, product and other cross-functional teams
• Contribute to overall system design and code quality improvement
• Improve product quality through bug fixes, performance analysis and tuning
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams in Asia
