As we continue to scale our impact, we’re looking for a Backend Software Engineer to join our team and revolutionize the customer onboarding journey at Lunar. This is your chance to create seamless, secure, and delightful experiences for our users, shaping the future of the banking experience.
As our new Backend Software Engineer, you’ll be part of Squad Stardust, reporting to Søren Thiel Berg. Our close-knit team of four engineers, based in Aarhus, is laser-focused on crafting a smooth and efficient onboarding process that sets the stage for long-lasting customer relationships. You’ll be working within the broader Tech function, led by Kåre Kjelstrøm.

• Proven experience in a Backend Software Engineering role or a similar position.
• A background in working with cloud-based solutions.
• A collaborative team player who is passionate about sharing knowledge and fostering the success of others.
• Hands-on experience in agile environments, adept at adapting to shifting priorities and delivering incremental value.
• We primarily code in Golang but it’s not needed to be a great match.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Take ownership of developing and maintaining our existing onboarding solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience .
• Build and optimize internal services that power our onboarding flows.
• Integrate with third-party vendors to offer diverse onboarding options for our customers.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve and reimagine our onboarding process.
• Apply your backend expertise to directly influence how we onboard new users at Lunar.
