Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related major
• Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Java, Go, C++, Python.
• In depth knowledge of common databases and messaging frameworks like MySQL/Redis/Kafka/MQ etc.
• Experience and ability in system problem analysis, able to solve complex system problems.
• Experience in big data analysis technology is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent problem analysis and solving skills, and passionate about solving challenging problems.
• Passionate about technology, good communication skills and teamwork spirit

• Design and develop high-performant, high-reliable and highly reusable distributed and parallel systems that power growth features for various TikTok’s products.
• Integrate with multiple internal and external services to deliver growth features end-to-end.
• Manage individual projects and tasks priorities and deadlines with high-quality and engineering excellence.
