The Pancake Parlour is a Melbourne based, family-owned business that has been operating since 1965. A company stacked with development opportunities, we are currently seeking new Backers to join our team.

You will thrive in this role if you:

• aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty
• are a big believer in putting the customer at the heart of everything you do

The Backer’s main focus is assisting the Cook by:

• Plating up menu items exactly to recipe
• Prepping bulk food items (chopping, dicing, stirring, cooking)
• Ensuring that there’s always enough clean crockery, cutlery, pots and pans

With 12 restaurants across Melbourne, there’s bound to be a location that suits you! Please note that you will be expected to work a mix of day, night and weekend shifts to suit our busiest operational periods. Award and penalty rates apply.
