Your role
In this position, you will comprehensively support the Customer Service and Customer Account Executive teams

What you’ll be doing

  • Working closely with the Front Office, Sales, QA and Credit teams
  • Identifying opportunities to improve services that will lead to profit growth, increasing savings, and improving customer experience and their subsequent implementation
  • Contribute to process improvements to increase operational efficiency across sales teams and eliminate customer attrition

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the field of back office in an international environment
  • Very good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Stress resistance
  • The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others, but happy to lead their initiatives
  • Adaptable to change and open to supporting projects beyond their primary responsibilities (happy to learn)
  • Very good English communication skills (written and spoken), knowledge of other languages is an advantage, especially French, Polish, or Dutch
