We are seeking skilled Bakers to join our team and help us create delicious baked goods. The ideal candidate will have experience in mixing, shaping, proofing, baking and decorating a variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, cakes, and other desserts. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. You will be expected to have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow recipes accurately, and a passion for creating delicious baked goods.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques and methods
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Familiarity with baking equipment and tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy bags of flour and other ingredients

Responsibilities:
- Measuring and combining ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
- Mixing and kneading dough by hand or using machines
- Shaping dough to make bread, pastries, and other baked goods
- Proofing dough and monitoring oven temperatures
