We are seeking skilled Bakers to join our team and help us create delicious baked goods. The ideal candidate will have experience in mixing, shaping, proofing, baking and decorating a variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, cakes, and other desserts. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. You will be expected to have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow recipes accurately, and a passion for creating delicious baked goods.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
  • Knowledge of baking techniques and methods
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Familiarity with baking equipment and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy bags of flour and other ingredients

Responsibilities:

  • Measuring and combining ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
  • Mixing and kneading dough by hand or using machines
  • Shaping dough to make bread, pastries, and other baked goods

  • Ensuring baked goods meet quality standards for appearance and taste
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including equipment and tools
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
  • Following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and timely production
