With an unbeatable beachfront address on 75 Mile Beach, K’gari Beach Resort (formerly Eurong Beach Resort) is the hub for four-wheel-driving experiences along K’gari (Fraser Island’s) east coast. This remote base is only accessible by 4WD and ignites a sense of adventure within a relaxed coastal escape. With expansive grounds, the resort includes 83 newly renovated hotel accommodation, as well as a restaurant and bar, renowned Bakery, and general store.
Bring your experience in bakery operations and passion for creating incredible products to the Bakery at K’gari Beach Resort. We’re looking for a Qualified Baker to ensure the continued production of the island’s popular quality baked goods.
This a permanent full-time opportunity, reporting to the Head Chef and working up to 76 hours per fortnight across a broad 14-day rostering system - (10/4 roster). The ideal candidate will have experience working in a remote location and will be able to relocate into the staff accommodation.
