Reporting to the Bakery Manager you will be responsible for helping to ensure the department runs smoothly and all appropriate targets are met or exceeded. If you are looking for an opportunity to join a team that is focused on exceeding customer service, who are passionate about baking, then look no further. If successful they will be responsible for assisting in the planning and coordinating of all facets of the day to day operations within the Department, maintaining Food and Health and Safety standards, store policies and procedures, as well as ensuring staff are well trained to provide the best overall shopping experience for our customers.
This role will ideally suit someone who is a qualified baker or has experience in the bakery industry and who has previously been in a supervisory/management position.
