Heritage Co-op is accepting applications for a Bakery Manager to join our Food Store Team at our location in Brandon, MB.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Food Manager, the Bakery Manager will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core Values and Brand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding and following Heritage Co-op’s Safety and Health Program and promoting a culture of safety including all Food Safety standards
- Providing exceptional Guest service to our Members and Guests, and living by our Brand expectations through our “You’re at Home Here” motto
- Lead the direction for Team Members in all areas including performance management, talent development, engagement, talent acquisition, orientation, and onboarding
- Responsible for overall safe, effective operations of the Bakery department, which includes but is not limited to scheduling, ordering, Brand standards,
- Collaborating with fellow Team Leaders on displays and store projects
- Production, packaging and merchandising of product
- Accurate ordering and receiving of product
- Ensure high level of image and cleanliness in line with our Brand expectations
- Responsible for all aspects of the operations financial results including sales, margin, wage cost, expenses, and contribution
- Other projects and assignments as required
