Successful candidates will work within the psychotic pathway at West Wiltshire CMHT. They will hold and manage a caseload of people aged 18+ with psychotic illnesses. They will work with service users towards identified recovery goals, providing evidence based interventions under supervision of senior staff.
There are opportunities for career development and we encourage and support our team to develop their knowledge, skills and experience.
The team works Monday to Friday with the core hours of 9-5 and covers a large geographical area.
West Wiltshire CMHT have a vacant post for a band 5 Recovery Practitioner in the psychotic pathway.
This is an exciting development opportunity to gain experience working with adults experiencing psychotic illnesses, with a view to this post developing to a band 6 role if defined progression criteria is met.
We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our supportive team. We have a multi-disciplinary approach and service users benefit from the mix of skills, experiences and backgrounds that this offers.
You must be professionally registered and have experience of the CPA process.
Knowledge of the trust computer systems would be an advantage although training would be given for the right candidate. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to manage a complex case load.
