Description:
An excellent opportunity for a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to join Swindon Talking Therapies.
You should have a real interest of working with people who are experiencing mental health difficulties and with primary health care professionals seeking to improve care and treatment. You will need excellent communication skills and ideally have proven experience of working in the Primary Care setting. You will be involved with, and receive, ongoing in-service training and supervision.
PWP (Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner) qualification is required or working towards to be accredited within 6 months.

The post holder will work within Swindon Talking Therapies services to provide high-volume low-intensity interventions using brief cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to clients presenting with mild-to-moderate depression and anxiety.
