JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Lynfield Mount Hospital, part of Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust.

As a Band 5 RMN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Your role will involve working closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
You will be expected to administer medication, monitor patients’ progress, and provide therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and well-being. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and communicating effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
Working as a Band 5 RMN at Lynfield Mount Hospital offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals in need. Your role will be temporary, starting on 08/04/2024, and ending on the same date. The shifts will start at 07:30:00 and end at 20:00:00, with a competitive payment rate of £200 per shift.

THIS POSITION REQUIRES:

  • Valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
