Description:
Experience as a Fire Safety Inspector or in a Station Manager role or as a fire safety adviser. Evidence of leadership and management of change, particularly of culture and working practices. Demonstrable understanding of general and specific statutory requirements within the fire safety arena. Experience of delivering Fire Safety training at all levels.
Experience of undertaking Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs). Experience of reviewing building plans and specifications of fire safety compliance. Experience of meeting targets and deadlines. Experience of dealing with regulatory authorities e.g.
fire service, HSE or CQC. Computer literacy and the ability to multitask. Good problem solving skill
