Description:
To co-lead and co-ordinate the delivery of the complex emotional needs service. To influence and work alongside clinical teams to facilitate service improvement. To work alongside all professional groups to support the provision of best practice. To develop appropriate measures for service improvement and ensure that they are delivered as intended.
To provide active support to clinicians, practitioners and managers in the delivery of integrated governance within the complex emotional needs service, ensuring its fit with the wider governance infrastructure across the Trust, County/District/Local Authorities and ICPs. To ensure that co-production values are integrated into your working practice and work alongside staff with lived experience. To make effective use of information (qualitative and quantitative) towards decision making around priorities for service improvement. To support the complex emotional needs service to keep up to date on mental health developments, policies and guidance (e.g.
10 High Impact Changes, NICE guidelines), and undertaking gap analysis and action planning accordingly. To receive feedback from complaints and incident analysis in terms of governance learning and improvement. To develop and deliver targeted training initiatives and other educational processes as a mechanism for embedding new practices/initiatives. To manage the effective delivery of identified objectives and projects through others, engaging with colleagues at all levels and from all professional backgrounds.
To liaise with key internal and external stakeholders, establishing criteria for measurement, influencing the delivery of key targets and ensuring policy is embedded in practice based on a shared understanding. To effectively manage delegated budgets linked to specific activities/projects, ensuring value for money. To manage specific time-limited projects, defined in line with the complex emotional needs services priorities. Support the implementation and evaluation of new models of care such as structured clinical management
