Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust covers a wide geographical area and a number of different services including mental health, forensic services, children’s services and more. Within the Trust, the Temporary Staffing team works with our flexible admin workforce to provide cover to administrative hubs, ward offices, reception desks and other administration functions and ensure that our services are fully staffed and the best that they can be.
We are recruiting both band 2 bank clerical assistants and band 3 bank administrators. In these roles, you will be expected to act as secretarial and administrative support including, but not limited to:
Maintaining paper and electronic records
Filing, photocopying, scanning
Typing and/or Word processing correspondence
Answering telephone calls, redirecting or responding to inquiries
Providing an efficient admin service to the department
Co-ordinating information and organising meetings
Completing office duties e.g. diary management, electronic filing, typing, telephone
Responding to and redirecting inquiries
Developing a working knowledge of departmental processes and procedures
Assisting with the wider administrative and/or clinical team admin duties
