Description:

This position will give you the opportunity to work as a Bank Nurse working flexibly by giving you access to view and book shifts accordingly via Employee Online.

We are looking for compassionate, hardworking and motivated community nurse’s to join our Bank to work various shifts in Integrated Community Adult Teams around Nottingham.
You will be providing care to patients within their own homes and care homes. You will liaise closely with local GPs and other members of the wider MDT as well as with patients and their families, therefore excellent communication skills are essential.
You must be a first level registered nurse. We are seeking individuals whom have relevant experience:
Injections (insulins, sub-cut and IM).
General Wound Care, applications of dressings and bandaging.
Routine catheterisation of male, female or suprapubic (any of these would be beneficial)
Catheter/Bladder maintenance solution administration
Palliative Care

You will be delivering nursing care to housebound patients in their own home and care homes as required. You will attend to planned home visits as well as emergency district nurse visits.
