Description:
The Private Care Directorate is seeking an enthusiastic Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) speaker patient relation officer to support the Chinese patients and the International Centre Team.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the provision of an excellent standard of customer service to the international patient and the hospital colleagues.
The post will focus on interpreting for Chinese patients and their families and serve as their advocate as we fulfil the mission of putting patients first. You will promote patient rights, identify and address issues and concerns and serve as a key liaison between our patients, families and staff. You will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of compassionate care to provide the best possible positive patient/family experience.
As a world-leading cancer centre The Royal Marsden has an international reputation for its ongoing commitment to the investment and introduction of all the latest treatments and technology.
The hospital is currently in the process of developing an International Patient Centre which will further enhance the facilities and services available to overseas patients.
The Private Care Directorate is seeking an enthusiastic Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) speaker patient relation officer to support the Chinese patients and the International Centre Team.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the provision of an excellent standard of customer service to the international patient and the hospital colleagues.
Additionally, the post holder will work with the marketing, international and external parties to translate Chinese marketing materials update Chinese social media and website.
