About us
Exeter Medical is a state-of-the-art treatment centre in the South West for cosmetic consultations, treatments and laser services. Our number of patients has continually increased since 2007 and we moved to Admiral House located at the Exeter Business Park in April 2014. The move to Admiral House enabled us to expand our NHS skin cancer and hand surgery ‘chose and book’ activity, treating more NHS patients from across the Peninsula, with much reduced waiting times.
Admiral House offers two operating theatres, out-patient consulting rooms, and a laser treatment room.
Exeter Medical also welcomed a new collaboration with the South West ‘Consultant Eye Surgeons Partnership’ (CESP) who share the Admiral House facility and offer private day-case cataract and refractive laser eye surgery. Admiral House is also home to consultants in dermatology, vascular, spinal, plastics, urology, hand and wrist. Ramsay Health Care UK is part of a global hospital operating group and is now the 4th largest provider of private health care in the world.
Ramsay Health Care UK is a well-established global hospital group with over 50 years’ experience. It is well respected within the healthcare industry and is one of the leading providers of independent hospital services in England.
All offers of employment will be subject to receipt of a satisfactory Standard/Enhanced Disclosure Certificate from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
Exeter Medical is committed to quality, equality and opportunity for all.
We reserve the right to close this advert down early if we receive a high number of applications.
We care.
It’s more than what we do, it’s who we are. Everything we do is about striving to deliver the best care. And it’s a belief that’s as true today as it was when we welcomed our first patients in 1964.
“The Ramsay Way” culture recognises that our people are our most important asset and this has been key to our ongoing success.
We are proud to support the UK’s Armed Forces and Reservists and have already achieved the Silver Award as part of the MOD’s Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme. The scheme recognises employers who actively support Defence while encouraging other organisations to adopt the same behaviours in their workplace.
