Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bank Teller/Member Service Representative (MSR). In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering outstanding service to our customers while performing a variety of banking transactions and assisting with member inquiries. This short-term contract / temporary position requires the Data Entry Clerk to be based in Davie, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out operations, using policies and procedures; detailing necessary revisions
- Working with and maintaining confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Completing additional tasks as needed
- Ensuring data entry meets requirements by adhering to program techniques and procedures
- Processing customer and account source documents, reviewing data and detecting deficiencies
- Preparing data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities
- Providing support for data entry and additional administrative tasks
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, retail banking, or a related field preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures.
Proficiency in using computers and banking software.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.
Bilingual proficiency (if applicable) is a plus.
