Are you looking to join a dynamic team as a banking and financial lawyer? We have an open position
NautaDutilh’ s banking and capital markets team combines domestic know-how and international scope covering the full range of banking and finance work. Our deals go from straight forward to complex structuring (acquisition financing, securitisations, bond issues, IPOs).

Your profile

• You have minimum 2 years of experience in financings and capital markets
• You hold a U.E. law degree, LL.M or equivalent would be an additional asset
• You have strong analytical and drafting skills, are open-minded, dynamic, and able to work autonomously
• You like challenges and aspire to progress in a stimulating, energic and powerful working environment
• You are team-player and have very good communication and interpersonal skills
• You have a very good command of English
