REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience
Minimum Experience: 0-3 years, trade school or equivalent experience.
Preferred Experience: (but not required):
- CCTV experience: March Networks / Verint
- Intrusion and Access Control experience: DMP / Bosch / PACOM / Lenel
- Banking equipment : Pnuematic Tube Systems/ Vaults/ Safes/ Locks

Responsibilities:

- Acts as our customers best service provider at all times thereby ensuring Convergint is the customers first choice for service.
- Responds to routine and some non-routine customer service calls, scheduled maintenance calls, and emergency and after-hours service calls on a timely basis; will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, replace defective parts and debug systems for routine problems; installs small projects as necessary.
- Completes accurate and detailed service reports for customer and Convergint in a timely manner to allow for accurate invoicing and job cost tracking.
- Uses solid troubleshooting skills to isolate and fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
