Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Loss Prevention, Bankruptcy or Customer Service experience in the financial industry, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management experienc

In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop Bankruptcy duties, lead management teams while directing and creating programs and policies for bankruptcy and collection functions
- Engage and support managers to accomplish goals, resolve complex problems and inquiries while ensuring overall compliance with government regulations
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and risk control in bankruptcy claims
- Oversee complex issues to maximize efficiency and enhance customer service
- Consult with Senior Management or team to optimize bankruptcy and collection efforts
- Determine appropriate strategy and action for bankruptcy team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures for Bankruptcy
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior managers
- Interact with internal and external customers
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Bankruptcy
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
