Description:
Responsibilities:
- Meticulously Organises lavish Banquets and Events at FIVE’s Venues that deliver Exquisite Guest Experiences.
- Collaborates on Sales Contract details with the Events Sales Director and the Head Chef, ensuring top-notch Banqueting Experiences.
- Plans the Venue Layout with a Luxurious Touch, carefully considering the Number of Guests and the Type of Event to craft a next-level Experience.
- Determines the Number of Table Waiters and Servers required for every Event.
- Consults with the Head Chef regarding the timing of Meal Courses, ensuring a ‘FIVE-Star’ Dining Extravaganza.
- Supervises the Placement of tables, chairs, cutlery, plates, glasses, table linens, centrepieces, heating lamps, serving utensils, and carving stations with Absolute Precision.
- Oversees the Seating of Guests, the Serving of Meals and Beverages, and the Clearing of Tables in a ‘FIVE-Styled’ Manner to Exceed Guest Expectations.
- Manages the Availability of All Bar Beverages when required, to maintain a Premium Beverage Experience.
- Prepares Meticulous Work Schedules and Completes Documentation in a Timely Manner, adhering to FIVE’s industry-leading Standards.
- Answers Guests’ Questions and Accommodates Special Requests with a Bold and Proactive Approach.
