  • In-depth knowledge of bar operations, including beverage service, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Operations:
  • Manage bar inventory and stock control, ensuring cost-effectiveness and product availability.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, performance, and stock levels.
  • Stay informed about current trends and developments in the bar and beverage industry.
