• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar supervisory role within a high-quality hospitality environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong customer service focus, with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
• In-depth knowledge of bar operations, including beverage service, inventory management, and cost control.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Manage bar inventory and stock control, ensuring cost-effectiveness and product availability.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, performance, and stock levels.
• Stay informed about current trends and developments in the bar and beverage industry.
