Bar Staff - Gleneagle Hotel & INEC Arena

We are looking for full time Bar staff to join our vibrant team at The Gleneagle Hotel & Gleneagle INEC Arena.
You’ll get to work in the Gleneagle INEC Arena and other venues and see your favourite artists up close!
You will be working with a professional team who are focused on delivering excellent service to our guests. Previous experience in Bar & Food service is preferred, but you will be paired up with a trainer who will train you to our standards.

EXPERIENCE / KEY SKILLS

• Previous experience in a bar is essential and experience in a food service environment is an advantage.
• An outgoing personality and a great communicator who loves interacting with our guests and offering them the welcome that we are renowned for
• A team player who takes pleasure in achieving goals as part of our wider team
  You will work with a team who take pride in achieving our goals as part of our wider hotel team.

• Serving beverages to guests in a variety of bars
• Comply with all cash handling, stock security policies
• Greet all of our guests in a warm manner
• Familiarise yourself with the food and drink products particularly daily specials and local beverages so you can assist your guest in their choices
• Anticipate the needs of the guest
• For food service use your knowledge to take accurate orders and work with the kitchen team to serve the meal in a timely manner
• Participate as part of the team and take pride in your work environment, ensuring that the bar is kept well stocked and to a very high standard of cleanliness
• Being aware of the beautiful locality in which we live and work and telling our guests about your favourite aspects
