We have a fantastic new vacancy for a dynamic Bar Supervisor to join the Management team at Maldron Hotel Dublin Airport
The finest Hotel at Dublin Airport, Maldron Hotel is situated within 3 minutes’ walk of Terminals 1 and 2. We offer 251 rooms to facilitate all types of travel; standard rooms, executive rooms, family rooms and interconnecting rooms.

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

The ideal candidate will help to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Bar within the Hotel. Ensuring guest’s requests are met at all times and revenue is maximised and costs controlled.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To manage the day-to-day operations of the Bar, ensuring that at all times, the Hotels’ 4* standards are implemented and adhered to by all service personnel
• To plan, organise, control and review all service and systems to provide the best possible service to guests
• To monitor all purchasing to ensure appropriate quality and fair prices and to minimize stock holding where appropriate
• To support stock takes and when required and to act on deviances in a timely manner
• To be aware of budgets, forecasts and financial plans as well as helping to controlling expenditure and labour costs
• To be fully familiar with all aspects of food and beverage service and to assist within the departments when required
