Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Manage a team of bartenders, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement beverage menus, ensuring they align with the hotel’s concept and guest preferences.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the bar area.
- Control stock levels and ensure efficient ordering and cost control of beverages.
