Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity to join an award winning team known for providing the highest level of service in our market. This is very much a hands on operations role.

DUTIES:

  • To know the licensing laws and Customs & Excise Regulations
  • To serve all beverages to customers according to the standards set by the Restaurant, and to the customers satisfaction.
  • To keep the service and customer service areas clean and tidy.
  • To be fully conversant and comply with the health safety, hygiene, fire and security regulations and procedures of the establishment, and to ensure others are aware of their responsibilities in this regard.
  • To requisition for stock necessary for each day’s business, to display it and set it up for service.
  • To use the cash register in accordance with Company cash handling procedures.
  • To wash and dry all dirty glasses as required, and have all glasses and service articles in a condition suitable for use, with particular regard to Hygiene requirements.
  • To have knowledge to serve all beverages available.
  • To maintain a high level of co-operation with all other staff in the company.
