Description:

Main Street Commissary is a specialty coffee and food place that serves affordable but delicious food.
It is also a curatorial art space that has featured artists such as the poet Adam Tie at The Novel Encounter, tattoo artist Sze from Sick N Poke, award-winning photographer Sean Lee, content partners Our Grandfather Story, bookstore and curator Wormhole, amongst others.
The cafe is opened by advertising agency PROTOCOL, listed amongst Marketing Magazine’s Creative Agencies of the Year in 2021 and 2022.
We are looking for a super skilled and super chill barista who can consistently churn out delightful cups of coffee with gorgeous latte art.

Job scope & duties include:

  • Consistently churning out delightful cups of coffee with gorgeous latte art
  • Taking care of the bar with regards to stocks, inventory & cleanliness
  • Given the creative freedom to create & suggest beverage ideas for the menu & retail
  • Support the kitchen team as a versatile team member
