REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including different types of spirits, wines, and mixers.
- Proficiency in preparing and presenting a wide variety of cocktails and drinks.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Create and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and other specialty drinks, following recipes and ensuring high-quality standards.
- Engage with guests, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, glassware, and ingredients.
- Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure efficient and timely service.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.
- Stay updated on current trends, new products, and industry best practices in mixology.
