- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- 2-4 years of experience in a CA environment or a Business Advisory role, demonstrating a solid foundation in accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in preparing tax and accounting compliance documents, including tax returns and financial statements.
- Proficiency in software tools such as Xero and Excel, utilising technology to deliver efficient solutions.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and acute attention to detail.

As an Associate or Senior Associate, you will assist in managing a profitable portfolio of clients and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their success. Envision yourself at the forefront of providing comprehensive business advisory services to privately owned businesses across our high growth SME, mid-market, and wealth market segments. Your expertise in accounting, tax compliance, finance function support, tax planning, and financial modelling and various advisory assignments will be the driving force behind identifying risk areas and planning opportunities for our clients, ensuring their financial stability and exponential growth.
Your roles and responsibilities may include:
- Providing technical advice on accounting and tax matters to a diverse client base.
- Leading organisations in identifying risk areas and sustainable planning opportunities across the tax life cycle.
- Preparing technical accounting and tax compliance work, including tax returns and statutory financial statements
- Supporting clients’ finance functions with tasks such as month-end reporting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, financial modelling, board reporting, and process improvements.
- Engaging in planning and execution of multiple projects with precision and efficiency.
