Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Planning Consultant (Senior Business Execution Consultant) within Consumer, Small & Business Banking (CSBB) to support the execution of critical readiness programs and events, which include planning milestones and managing logistics to ensure on time execution, primarily supporting the Branch Banking Leadership Institute (BBLI).

In this role, you will:
- Plan and coordinate all logistics for BBLI events, virtual and in person.
- Attendance of the onsite execution of in-person events.
- Conduct milestone planning, tracking, and follow up.
- Schedule meetings, plan agendas, take notes.
- Collaborate with partners and lines of business, prior, during, and after initiative implementation.
- Determine appropriate legal, risk, and compliance reviewers based upon content, which could include multiple lines of business and CAR (i.e. Deposits, Credit Card, and Branch Banking).
- Ensure all required documents are sent to required approvers, feedback is gained, and documentation is stored using appropriate system, including Strongbox.
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel frequently - upwards of 25%.

Salary Range:
- New York, New York: $100,800 - $179,200 annual base.
Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus.
