PLEASE NOTE: THIS POSITION IS HYBRID AND REQUIRES BOTH REMOTE WORK AND REGULAR IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE AT OUR LOS ANGELES AND ORANGE COUNTY LOCATIONS.

Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is hiring a full-time BCBA-D Co-Clinical Director to join our team and can work in a home setting with our clients. We adhere to all local regulations and require our team to implement safety precautions such as the use of face masks, frequent hand washing, disinfecting work areas and daily health surveys.
Building Block Resolutions (BBR) provides innovative and individualized ABA treatment to children who have been diagnosed with autism. We are currently seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA-D) that can take on a full-time Co-Clinical Director role and help us carry out the company’s growth.
We welcome candidates to explain their creative ways to grow the company and prove why they will be the one to fill this position. In addition, the prospect needs to have multiple years of experience in the field of ABA, have a passion for helping children, and must have a modern management approach. The ideal candidate would need to possess people skills, self-confidence, creativity, and have a positive attitude. As a leader, the candidate is expected to motivate the clinical team in a supportive and positive way focusing on client outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience and Credentials:

  • Master’s Degree or PhD (preferred)
  • BCBA certified or BCBA-D (preferred)
  • 3 years min. of BCBA experience
  • 3 years min. of supervisory/managerial experience. Working as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism, parent coaching.
  • Experience Training therapists implementing programs
  • Experience with DTT, NATS/NET, VB
  • Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, Vineland, FBA

EDUCATION:

  • Master’s (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Weekly meetings with supervisors
  • Weekly meeting with the admin team
  • Monthly observation of clients in homes.
  • Audit programming to ensure quality clinical outcomes
  • Audit weekly recordings and provide feedback
  • Audit team meetings and provide feedback
  • Monthly meetings for professional growth and improvement for staff, admins, and clinical supervisors.
  • Stay up to date with BACB regulatory guidelines
  • Offer BCBA and BCaBA Supervision
  • Offer periodic staff training
  • Review and sign off on Assessments and Progress Reports
  • Collaborate with Executive Director
