Description:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 7+ years of relevant senior level experience in retail, operations, and/or business management/consulting with a proven track record of delivering results
- Fluency in Chinese as you will be focusing on cross border accounts which requires you to speak in mandarin
- Experience in people management
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing internal and external variables that have an impact on the designated categories and for conducting business-related forecasting, monitoring, reporting, and understanding (including the strategic context). Additionally, assume the duty of driving projects and promotions to accomplish business objectives.
- Monitor competitor/industry developments on an ongoing basis and have a comprehensive understanding of the sector, seasonality, and business trends/events.
- Leverage the expansion opportunities and revenue potential of cross-border e-commerce
- Effectively advocate for and direct the implementation of site features that offer an exceptional purchasing experience to customers of our Cross Border E-Commerce division by possessing a comprehensive understanding of their current and prospective requirements.
- Effectively oversee supplier relationships by negotiating and securing marketing funds, managing supplier/partner contracts, and managing day-to-day relations.
- Formulate and implement project plans for the introduction of new features, integrating merchandising strategies, and construct business plans to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure objectives are met with excellence.
