Description:

Main Responsibilities

  • You’ll execute various types of commercial analysis, studies and reports, such as: profitability, market share, benchmark (e.g., pricing, competition, customer requirements, market trends), on-demand studies, etc.
  • You’ll establish and develop mid- and long-term financial business plans.
  • You’ll monitor performance of annual sales budget (incl. P&L) and suggest updates.
  • You’ll prepare and maintain business plans for commercial proposals, contract negotiations and investment decisions.
  • You’ll provide support to the sales team on commercial initiatives and sales campaigns, e.g. for preparation and submission of RFQ responses.
  • You’ll establish, maintain and update annual pricing and price database.
  • You’ll manage the customer and internal access control list to the modules on the digital service platform (e.g., the online sales tool).
  • You’ll manage, update and publish online spares & pricing catalogue to the digital sales tool.
  • You’ll assume the role of the company’s key user for the online sales tool (and other modules of the digital service platform), in compliance with the respective set of AER business rules (e.g. POR).Any other tasks as assigned.

Requirement

  • Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Data Science, International Business, Finance, or other equivalent discipline.
  • Proven professional experience in business planning / development / analytics or equivalent, in the aerospace industry.
  • Excellent proficiency in digital tools, incl. ERP & CRM applications, such as MS Office, Power BI, MS Dynamics.
  • Excellent proficiency and understanding of analytical models and methodologies, such as logical, mathematical, database, financial, charting and reporting functions.
  • A thorough understanding of business processes paired with the ability to manage, interpret and analyse large volume of data.
  • Resourceful and self-driven with excellent analytical and logic skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.Solution and target oriented with the ability to think and work conceptually, strategically and tactically.
