Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the Business Development Center and Internet Department including handling inbound and outbound customer communication via phone, text and Internet as well as providing a warm hand-off to customers once in-dealership.
eLead, CarWars and vAuto experience preferred. Toyota experience a plus.

Job Requirements:
- Automotive BDC/Internet management experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic knowledge of CRM system, lead providers and website backend tools preferred
- Highly Professional and dependable
- Working knowledge of the automotive industry a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Dealership and Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus
- Outstanding communication skills
- Professional appearance and work ethi
Responsibilities:
- Convert opportunities to customers
- Work in concert with the Sales Manager to ensure vehicle merchandising is on point – photos, descriptions, and pricing
- Set Appointments
- Confirm Appointments
- Commit to a short-term and long-term internet lead follow-up process
- Serve as first point of contact for all inbound sales calls
- Manage Sales Associate CRM workplans and provide coaching
- Act as the liaison between the Service Drive Coordinator and the Sales Department
- Maintain awareness of current advertising and incentives
