JOB REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 1 year call center or sales experience preferred in a related field.
  • Previous automotive or powersports based dealership experience preferred.
  • Excellent work history.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google products, with proficiency of using other internet-based applications.

Responsibilities:

  • To model by example the Company’s mission statement by being an empowered, passionate and positive associate who provides exceptional personalized service to the Company’s guests and community. To live by the Standards of Excellence set forth by the Dimmitt Automotive Group.
  • Act as a liaison between prospective customers and sales associates/managers.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, text messages, chats, and internet leads with requests about Powersports vehicles.
  • Respond to internet/phone inquiries with accurate information pertaining to product knowledge and inventory status.
  • Maintain accurate records of phone conversations and emails between the BDC Department and customers utilizing the Dealer Performance 360 (DP360) CRM system.
  • Follow-up effectively with customers according to their preferred method of communication (e.g. phone, email, text), following a written BDC sales process.
  • Convert leads to appointments by conveying a positive experience and a streamlined, hassle-free environment.
  • Establish effective lines of communication with sales team and Management in support of providing a high-quality guest experience.
  • Provide reports as requested by management.
  • Remain compliant in dealership/OEM training requirements.
  • Perform various other tasks as assigned by Management.
