Responsibilities

  • Identify & Engage: Seek out potential hotel and restaurant partners interested in enhancing their menu offerings with bakery items.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Devise and execute sales strategies to exceed targets and foster business growth within the hospitality sector.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Cultivate enduring partnerships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued loyalty to the brand.
  • Presentation & Negotiation: Showcase the bakery offerings directly to decision-makers, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements that maximize profitability.
  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery and ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to make informed strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proven B2B (HORECA) Sales Success: Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent ability to articulate the value proposition and negotiate effectively with potential clients.
  • Result-Oriented: Driven by a passion for delivering results, with the ability to thrive both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility & Mobility: Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and explore new opportunities.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
