Description:

We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, developing strong relationships, and ultimately helping us grow our business.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • English proficiency
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and “hunter” mentality for prospecting and generating leads
  • Familiarity with ATS & CRM platforms, with a preference for Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Industry knowledge in the staffing sector (a plus!)
  • 2 years of proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of success in a remote work environment

  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage your sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
  • Presentations & Proposals: Deliver presentations to potential clients that highlight our expertise and solutions.
  • Hitting Targets: Meet or exceed assigned quotas for qualified leads.
