Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Demonstrated expertise in Commercial Account, Programme, or Contract Management, including direct involvement in Government procurement processes.
- Strong strategic and analytical mind-set, with an ability to identify new opportunities or manage commercial risk.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
As a commercial leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading allocated Regional Supplier Contracts under the Project Gigabit program. Your responsibilities will include managing contract variations, overseeing the change control process, and serving as the main interface to CityFibre’s legal department and governance team. Key accountabilities will include:
- Manage the key BDUK contract deliverables relating to design / build performance, take up and risks.
- Manage the pipeline of change control opportunities that align to achieving CityFibre’s BDUK business plan and target returns.
- Effectively manage, escalate and resolve key issues and conflicts both internally and with the customer through the appropriate governance processes and aligned to the wider Commercial and PMO teams
