Beauty Advisors are the face of Sephora to our devoted customers. Knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic, our Beauty Advisors provide a unique experience to our customers that embodies the ‘Sephora DNA’.
We pride ourselves on the energy and beauty of our environment, the wide assortment of products, and the ease for customers of finding and trying our products. We provide all our staff with rigorous training and clear SOPs to ensure that they are set up for success. With the store as a backdrop, you will be empowered to inspire our customers to shop with us, learn with us, and experience ‘beauty’ with us.
Sephora rewards you for your hard work and dedication. Your performance is evaluated against a set of clear metrics, including store enviornment, customer feedback, and sales performance.
As a Beauty Advisor, you will have opportunities for growth and promotion opportunities; both within the Store (Supervisor / Manager positions) or within other functions such as Retail Operations, Customer Experience, and Artistry Training. Sephora is the gateway and stepping stone to the career you want!
