The Beauty Advisors team is part of the Commercial team and is responsible for bringing the brand closer to end consumers, discovering its universe and encouraging sales, always in close collaboration with Pharmacy channel partners and the remaining elements of the Commercial and other departments of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Have in-depth knowledge of the characteristics of the brand’s product.
  • Know how to communicate the product and carry out its practical demonstration, namely by applying it to the consumer’s skin (e.g. performing mini facials).
  • Advise and sell products in accordance with the brand’s language and image, whilst ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and meet established sales objectives.
  • Increase brand loyalty and awareness among consumers.
  • Check stock, materials and the entire organization of promotional and entertainment activities in order to maximize results and satisfaction.
  • Complete action reports correctly and in accordance with established deadlines.
  • Provide feedback on the actions taken, proposing improvements and new animations or tools to be implemented.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with consumers and partners
