QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalent required.
3 - 5 years of spa management experience in resort spa setting or a luxury hotel spa operation preferrable.
Valid Driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
CPR/First Aid Certification required within 90 days of employment.
High level of enthusiasm. Demonstrated ability to balance coaching/mentoring with discipline. Strong organizational/planning and computer skills. Experience with a booking system is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal). Excellent in time management and organization skills.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Beauty Services Manager to join our team and lead our talented group of 35-45 employees. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managerial roles preferravle within the beauty industry, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to oversee a diverse team. As the Beauty Services Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating our staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment. Previous experience in a managerial capacity, particularly in leading teams, is crucial for success in this role. RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Beauty Services Manager is responsible for managing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Skincare and Salon Departments. Responsible for the selection, on-boarding, training/development and counseling of Skincare, Salon and Aesthetics department staff. Manages payroll and operating expense budget. Maintains daily awareness of spa revenue and uses this information to make expense decisions/recommendations. Ensures all guest requests are accommodated expediently and courteously. Creates monthly incentive programs with vendors to increase retail sales. Creates and facilitate monthly beauty events with vendors and staff. Develops guest lectures and specialty programming. Oversees retail sales and coaches and motivates staff to achieve their sales to service goals.
