We specialize in delivering high-quality solutions efficiently and effectively. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team.

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.
• Experience in leading projects, preferably in technical environments such as BMS and/or data centers.
• 2-5 years of experience in similar project management roles within the industry.
• In-depth knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Ability to lead and motivate a project team, manage resources, and develop project plans.
• Certification such as Prince 2, PMP, or similar is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs, including MS Projects.
• Strong communication skills in English and one of the Scandinavian languages.
• Ability to adapt to changes, handle uncertainty, and make informed decisions.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Project Manager (PM) at Gapit Nordics AS, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of projects. You will be responsible for leading the project, managing project activities, and ensuring resources are allocated appropriately. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the project, ensuring projects progress efficiently and on time.
• Plan and manage project activities, including scope, time, and budget, in collaboration with the Program Manager.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and critical tasks.
• Prepare regular reports on project progress and deviations.
• Ensure professional follow-up with customers and subcontractors.
• Represent the company to external stakeholders.
• Ensure the quality of work is performed and documented according to company and customer standards.
• Lead and motivate the project team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources.
• Act as a liaison between the project team, stakeholders, and other involved parties.
• Conduct risk management according to company standards.
• Proactively contribute to improving the company’s management system.
