SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of healthcare operations experience
  • Microsoft Office experience; Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups)
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an ambitious Operations Manager who is passionate about playing a critical role in our organization. You should be customer centric, enjoy challenges, possess a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to getting things done in a less structured but highly collegial environment and be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances and have the opportunity to grow your duties and responsibilities commensurate with the growth of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and oversee administrative duties, ensure the region operates efficiently and smoothly
  • Assist patients with online scheduling questions; provide general support to patients
  • Analyze and monitor internal processes
  • Work with centralized corporate departments to onboard new clinician hires
  • Assist with gathering key clinician information for various departments
  • Assist with clinician scheduling for systems integrations
  • Prepare operational reports and schedules including review of accounts receivable reports on a monthly basis and manage daily staffing to ensure optimal operation
  • As we develop the region, the candidate will have the ability to supervise, mentor, train, and additional staff and delegate assignments as necessary
  • Interview and hire new staff
  • Training new staff members
  • Monitor and approve timecards
  • Evaluate and manage staff performance
  • Other duties as assigned
