Key Autism Services is actively seeking both experienced and entry-level part-time Behavioral Technicians to join our team. We offer comprehensive ABA services to clients in their homes and at our various clinics. Dedicated to bringing meaningful and positive changes to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, our mission is to help clients unlock their true potential.
BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (Preferred), or RBT.
- Experience: Childcare, healthcare, or mental health.
- Physical Requirements: Lift up to 30 pounds, get up and off the floor, ability to respond in short distances, and willingness to work indoors and outdoors.
- Dependability: Consistent, positive, and reliable for the child’s success.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
Key Autism provides services to individuals of all ages across Massachusetts, Georgia, North Carolina, Florida, Colorado, Illinois, and Texas. Our programs focus on children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related conditions, supporting families since 2014. Responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician will implement a behavior support plan and provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions using Rethink.
- Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans.
