The role of Bell Attendant is a fast-paced, customer service orientated position which will give you invaluable exposure to Crown Melbourne’s hotel procedures and systems.
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Crown Promenade Bell Services team.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Greet guests and visitors on their arrival and departure from Crown’s Hotel.
• Deliver, collect, and store luggage safely and securely in a timely manner and valet park guest vehicles.
• Maintain impeccable customer service standards within a premium hotel.
