Downer Rail and Transit Systems has been awarded one of the largest Queensland Infrastructure projects, QTMP a train manufacturing program, providing Queensland with a new modern fleet.
To compliment our RTS business and our project we are looking for a new Belonging & Inclusion Business Partner. This newly created role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance diversity and inclusion. We are on a lookout for a superstar who will provide guidance, support and has excellent collaboration skills to manage a range of stakeholders to integrate inclusive practices into policies, procedures and initiatives.
You will lead efforts to assess and address barriers to inclusion, such as bias and discrimination. You will be the key resource for employees seeking assistance with diversity and inclusion- related issues.
