    The compensation range for this role is $28-$32/hour. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth and years of experience, certifications, and specific location.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Benefits Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our clients by efficiently managing their benefits operations and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll be the main point of contact for assigned clients, handling everything from enrollment and administration of health insurance to retirement plans and flexible spending accounts. Beyond that, you’ll educate employees on their benefit options and assist with open enrollment processes. Join us in empowering clients and their employees to navigate and make the most of their benefits packages.

THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU

  • Preferably hold an associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Have a least 3 years of experience in benefits administration, particularly in roles involving direct client interaction
  • Are proficient in administering various employee benefit programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and voluntary benefits
  • Possess knowledge of benefits enrollment procedures, eligibility determination, and compliance standards
  • Have at least 3 years of hand-on experience with benefit technology platforms, familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), UKG Ready preferred
  • Are customer-service focused - we are in the business of caring for people who care for people
  • Ideally, have experience in PEO or HR Shared Services environments
