TOTAL REWARDS ANALYST

We are working with a truly global pharmaceutical giant and they are looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to join their team for an exciting contract they have. Initially a 12 month contract, it is likely the role will extend beyond this or possibly even become a permanent position.

The Analyst, Total Rewards is responsible for supporting Regeneron’s Total Rewards programs including the implementation and ongoing administration of employee benefit programs across Europe and Asia. The Coordinator will work closely with internal and external partners to improve the employee experience, streamline administration, and drive efficiencies for new or existing processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Languages: English required; French preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint etc.
  • Excellent numerical, data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Experience implementing benefits enrolment & administration platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Holds a basic understanding of international employment, compensation and benefits legislation and practices, and country specific leave plans.
  • Ability to operate independently and communicate effectively
  • Maintain and develop a strong understanding of the company’s compensation & benefits philosophy and principles.
  • Support vendor on-boarding, invoicing and PO management processes.
  • Assist with new hire enrolment and annual enrolment procedures,
  • Facilitate continuous improvement and documentation of processes
  • Partner to audit internal processes related to benefits.
  • Work closely with Payroll to ensure appropriate implementation of benefit programs.
  • Work on compensation and/or benefits ad hoc projects as requested.
